Sylvia obtained her first degree in Banking and Finance at the University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN) and her Masters degree (MSc) in Financial Management at Federal University of Technology (FUTO) and currently on her Microfinance Certification Programme (MCP). She is currently the Board Chairman, Preeminent Microfinance Bank LTD.
He has a successful career spanning over twelve years at the First Bank of Nigeria Ltd. He holds a first degree in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering and a Masters degree in Project Management Technology from the Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO). He is a fellow of Chartered Institute of Finance and Control of Nigeria (CIFCON), a registered Microfinance Certified program expert and A certified COREN (Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria. He is currently the Managing Director, Preeminent Microfinance Bank Ltd.
He holds a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Eng) at Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO). Munachi has Certification in Project Management and in Human Resources Management (HRM). He has groups of oil servicing companies in Port Harcourt, Rivers State and Eket, Akwa Ibom State and has practiced for over 13 years. He is currently a board member of Preeminent Microfinance Bank Ltd.
Remy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (BSc) in Chemistry at the University of Lagos Akoka. He worked as a Resource Supervisior and Budget Programmer at Reena Canada and as Support Counsellor in Surex Community Services for over 12 years. He has a certificate in Business Analysis in Project Management and Safe Management all in Canada. He is currently a director in Preeminent Microfinance Bank LTD.
He had a successful career for over 35years at First Bank Nigeria Limited. He graduated from Federal Polytechnic Oko with HND in Marketing. He has certificate in Financial Management .He is currently the Independent Director.
Martin attended the following universities for his degree and professional programs; The University of London G.C.E, London School of Accountancy, A.C.C.S (London) Intermediate. He also has the following professional qualification; Associate Member of the Institute of Management,Associate Member of the Institute of Management Consultants,Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation ,Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria(A.C.A). He is a Chartered Secretary and Administrator,Financial,Tax and Management Consultant and a Chartered Accountant.He is currently a board member of Preeminent Microfinance Bank
Obtained his OND at School of Accountancy Uyo and HND in Accounyancy at Anambra Polytechnic. He holds an LLB in Law from IMO State University and a BL(Hons) in Nigeria Law School Abuja. He also had his post graduate diploma (PGD) in School of Journalism. He is a certified member of the Nigerian Bar Association.Barr. Mbachu is also a member of ICAN (Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria)and CITN (Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He is the company secretary of the Preeminent MFB Ltd.
