• Logging out after each session.
Preeminent Microfinance Bank is not liable for losses resulting from negligence on your part.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app or website if you violate any of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Enugu State.
